About Nd:YAG

There are two kinds of nd yag crystal according to the heating methods: one is induction furnaces and the other is resistance furnaces.

The Growth cycle of Induction furnaces yag crystals are longer time .it can be used for welding cutting marking beauty machine , for pulses and continuous lasers.the cost is relativery higher than resistance furnaces yag crystal;For the resistance furnaces yag crystals.The cost is cheaper,They are mainly used in military, scientific research, ranging, spot welding machine, medical beauty, but it can only be used for pulse lasers

Nd:YAG can be used for laser beauty and industrial lasers ( marking Welding cutting) .some nd yag crystal for beauty machine are produced by resistance furnaces, but also part of the induction furnace production, a single crystal growned by induction furnace can be cut many pieces of 5x85 rods, so there are many nd yag crystal(D5X85) for beauty machine grownd by induction furnace in the market. While there are not many 8/185 nd yag crytal produced by induction furnace for laser beauty machine.

As the application of laser rod for laser beauty machine,there are two kinds of laser rod ,Nd:YAG and Nd:Ce:YAG . also we also call them pink laser rod and yellow laser rod .About the coating of them , generally antireflection coating S1/S2：R@1064nm≤0.2%,When some full mirror and partial mirror would be add in the cavity, the half-mirror transmission rate can be independently selected.If some customers have special coating requiments, such as S1：R@1064nm≤0.2%，S2：R@1064＝20±3% .the similar special coating will need be customized .
